The Villa was just as advertised. My family and I were in the area to visit friends and family for the Xmas holidays and found this unit to be exactly what we needed for the week. It was spacious enough that everyone had their own space. There were plenty of activities and amenities both inside the home from the game room the children loved to the amenities around the property. We look forward to staying again.

We came to Florida to go to Disney and the house was perfect! We just needed a nice place to land at the end of the day. The location is very convenient if you are doing the parks. Everything you could need is within 10 miles. More bedrooms and Bathrooms than we needed but we were traveling with our children-14,18,20,23 and they all had their our space. I would stay here again and I am a picky person.

This home was perfect for our annual Family giving vacation. The kids loved the pool and game room. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed 2 frigs, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers only addition I would recommend is additional stove. All 15 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Everywhere you turned was a hallway that led to more bedrooms. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The home in itself was a vacation for us. The kids could get lost in all of the bedrooms, game room, and outdoor living space. We spent half our time swimming and relaxing by the heated pool. Overall, we made a good selection and got what we were expecting and would stay again.

The floor plan is ideal for extended family, wanting to enjoy a different home. The kids bedrooms were amazing! They played on the slides and dreamed in the castle bed. There were just five of us adults and five kids that made the trip and we had so much space to ourselves. The pool heat was great. We swam every morning and went to the community pool in the afternoons. It was very hard to have to leave!

This was a perfect place to relax after a hard day's work with my co-workers. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Easy starting point to a work vacation or any vacation to Florida. The host was very accommodating the whole time and when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute she quickly accepted. We definitely would come back for another stay!

We stayed here during our trip to Disney for my daughter's 5th birthday. It was so nice having a pool there at the house for the kids to swim in, they were out there most mornings before we hit the parks. The host was great and always super-fast to respond. The resort pool and area are amazing however, the only downside is the gym at the resort doesn’t open till 9 so was unable to use that. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

The neighborhood felt very safe. Minutes from a Publix and places to eat. It took about 45 min to get to Magic Kingdom. We would definitely stay here on our next trip!

Our family of 10 had a fantasic time at Windsor Island Resort! The resort amenities were top notch and less than a block from our condo. The back yard pool was perfect for us as well. The condo was comfortable, the beds were awesome and comfy, 5 bathrooms, beautiful high end kitchen appliances, enormous couch almost fit all of us. Heather was very responsive to questions we had. The listing photos really don't do the property justice. My only regret is that we didn't schedule more down time to just hang around. The pool area is great, looking out into the conservation area. It is very private and well appointed. The house is spacious, comfortable, and one-of-a-kind. Check in procedures were clear and easy to follow and the security folks at the gate were friendly and personable. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

This property was incredible. The 10 bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite were luxurious. Having family meals around one table was a regular high-light. I was here for 10 days, first for business and then my extended family joined. Exactly what we needed.The house is soundproof from outdoor noise and traffic and in a wonderful location close to many things to do, shopping, miniature golf, the rodeo, and of course DW plus much more. We will be checking into this again for next year.

We truly felt like we were at home while staying here for a whole week. the kitchen is fully stocked with All the necessaries that you would need. They have plenty of towels and double ACs so it doesn't get too hot inside. kids enjoyed the game room and all the games/puzzles they had there. The house was clean and comfortable. We had an absolutely amazing week on vacation in Florida. This was a perfect home away from home. It was well stocked, very spacious and everyone felt safe and comfortable.

Spent five weeks at this property. Great location for the parks. Lots to see on the lake. Very quite and secure, sidewalks on each side of the street made for good walking.

A very nice stay at The Cove East in Story Lake a wonderful location. We enjoyed the house for a group of six adults. Lots and of space, well furnished with all necessary amenities. The small pool is nice but we highly recommend heating it up. Heather is a great host, she gave us good information and responds quickly to our request. The main community Club Pool/Lazy river is a must. We recommend this rental.

The stay was perfect. We plan our family vacation during Christmas & it grows each year and this house was perfect! Everything we needed was in the house. The neighbors were great. The host was very responsive from day one which is very important when planning a trip this size. I highly recommend!
We have rented homes in Champions Gate for the last few years and this one was definitely our favorite! There was so much for the kids to do! Everything in the house is exactly as pictured online. Beds were very comfortable! Such a beautiful house!

Awesome stay. The kids loved the pool. The space was exactly what we needed for 7 people. Getting to Universal, Disney and the airport from the condo was a breeze. The kids have already decided we have to come back next year.
My family stayed here at this property because I was getting married in Florida. The house was clean and it was even better in person than it was on the listing. The place was gorgeous! I would highly recommend staying here! it was fun for the kids having the pool, the game room in the garage, and the movie theater upstairs. It was perfect for all ages. The proximity to all the parks was great! I will definitely be staying here again!
The home was beautiful! The location was perfect! It was close enough, but also perfectly separate from the busy park traffic. The home was also close to the resort pool so we were able to walk to it. I would recommend this property and could see myself staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay, the Championsgate resort is big and has alot to offer. We really enjoyed the home as well. The pool was great and enjoyed daily. Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. No problems with wifi service and getting connected. My family had a great and relaxing vacation.
I picked this well maintained home because it was located on a quiet street at the edge of the resort, Windsor at Westside. This is our second visit to the Westside and we will be back.

From the time I made the reservation through when I checked in, the process was seamless. The house is great and fit us well. I had my daughter, son-in-law, and their 3 children. I felt there was plenty of space. I would recommend renting this house.
This Villa was amazing! It exceeded all our expectations! The pool, hot tub and game room were a HUGE hit! We brought 5 kids with us for a quick trip to Disney. The house was clean. Theme Rooms were fun, too! I would book this Villa again!
My family had a great time. The location was so close to the Disney Parks and we also went to SeaWorld. It’s close to stores and restaurants. We had no issues checking in. We also enjoyed the water park/pool in the community. My family had a great time.
