We had a great stay!! The proximity to all the parks was excellent, and we had more than enough room for our family of 15. The kids also thoroughly enjoyed the pool! We loved the house and the neighborhood and would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was amazing, everything was as shown in the photos, a very spacious and fully equipped house for many people, the pool was amazing for hot days. I totally recommend this accommodation.

Had a lovely break with the family visiting the Disney parks and having a couple of break days at the villa. Kids loved the games room and the pool, we also loved the themed artwork decorating the house. Local supermarket and gas station nearby as is I4 and other routes to get to the parks. Host was super responsive and would happily look to return in the future.

Had a great stay at this home. pool heat was great. Space was large, game rooms were great. quiet area. We had a group of 9 and we had lots of room. The host was quick to respond to us. They let us check in a bit early.

We had a very nice stay! The Airbnb comfortably accommodated all ten of us, and we especially loved how spacious it was. Having bathrooms connected to each room was definitely my favorite part. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you again!

Fantastic value for what you get. The home was exactly as described. It is extremely spacious and can easily accommodate 12 people and not feel crowded. The location was ideal, an easy drive to the airport, Universal Studios, or Disney World, take your pick! Lots of amenities nearby for anything extra you might need. Heather provided clear and consistent instructions making our stay simple and enjoyable. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Really great home. Honestly, I don’t think the pictures do this home justice. The location was close to everything I needed. Once we checked in at the gate, getting in and out of the neighborhood was a breeze. Would stay here again.

House is set in a good position on Solterra resort less than 10 mins walk from resort centre.Very clean and spacious upstairs and down and as described and shown in pictures.We were very comfortable in the property and used the pool and all areas. The upstairs loft area was great for work too.Communication excellent before and during our stay and works recommend to others.Plenty of cups, glasses and kitchen utensils.

We have stayed at this location in the past also. We do it because of the bedroom configuration and its proximity to Providence Golf Club.

When I say my family had a BLAST of a time in Florida and the house we rented was well worth the price. Friendly estate and every amenity you can think of. Rooms was sufficient (6 bedrooms) Pool was worth it, large Kitchen space, plus the bonuses!!! I would recommend all to use Florida as the website was so easy to use, the price was in range. I’d recommend this site to all.

Prime location for the community pool and great access to Disney World parks and shopping nearby -Great decor, kids loved the theme rooms. -Pool was wonderful to come home and float in after a long hot day -Great, large, open kitchen and dining area and spacious bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and main floor laundry we used almost every day. There were two of us, and it was perfectly manageable. Outside, there were two sunbeds by a large pool. The location was fantastic. The sun was shining until 5 p.m. We hardly used the indoor facilities. We came for the sun. It was clean and spacious.

To say we were pleased with our stay is an understatement. It was not only pristinely clean, it was also the most beautifully decorated and furnished condo we’ve ever stayed in. It wasn’t overdone! It was classy and just enough. The details were amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need to cook if you desired to do so! Bed linens that were inviting and so comfy, including amazing mattresses! Will definitely be back! It’s a Five star times a thousand!

This was the second time my family and I have stayed, and we are already planning another trip to stay here . The kids love the pirate ship bedroom and the pool being right out the back door. This was my first rental experience so I was pretty much ready for anything. Everything about the house is beautiful and the check out cleaning was way easier than expected. This was one of those places where you love it but low-key want to be subtle so that we can make sure it’s available next year.

It was an amazing experience. Pretty safe community with gate protect. The house is big enough for even 8 people. The view on yard is perfect. Will definitely come stay again if I came back Orlando.

The owners did a great job decorating and we were quite pleased with the space. We absolutely love the location and the clubhouse was fabulous. The villa was very well appointed and a lovely base for our family holiday visiting the many theme parks and attractions of Orlando and beyond. The whole complex/gated community was also very well maintained and we felt at home right away. The view at the back of this property when sitting at the kitchen table and by the lovely pool area is stunning. We had fun spotting the wildlife across the lake. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to return if we visit Orlando in future.

The house was so fun! There were little fun surprises all over for the kids to find. There are no toys, so any included in photos were just for photos. The pool constantly had a view of the backyard filled with birds, alligators, and lizards to entertain the kids. We loved the 8 minute walking distance water park way more than the larger one that’s about an 8 minute drive away. The lazy River was very room and there was a pirate ship playground.

The property was excellent. Our family really enjoyed their stay. The layout of the house was great and the heated pool was one of the highlights for everyone.The location was ideal.

The house was fantastic. We stayed here with a group of parents to watch our girls dance at the Orange County Convention center. Less than a 2 mile drive. Everything you might want to eat is within a quick 10 min drive. House was so spacious and LOVED that every bedroom was an en suite. It made for fantastic privacy when you’re with a group. Everything was clean and orderly when we checked in, and was a very easy checkout process.

Perfect for our big family with lots of kids! Plenty of room inside with spacious bedrooms, two lounge areas and a large kitchen. Pool and games room great for the kids! Host was super responsive and answered all questions quickly. We had an issue with one of our door handles and she sent over a maintenance man to fix it for us that same day! Overall, a fun and relaxing stay.

Our stay was very nice, we were very few miles from Disney and that’s what we went there for, if I had any complaints about the house at all, it would be the master bathroom the drainage in the sinks. The water would never go down. But other than that, it was an awesome stay at her place.

We are local in Orlando, however needed more space as family came to town for the holidays. Our self check-in was smooth and quick (easy directions). We loved this beautiful house. There is a good amount of space for gatherings or if everyone wants their separate space too. I felt like we were "home". This house was clean and prepared nicely. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We were very satisfied with this reservation and overall it was a lovely place to stay.

This was a beautiful home and large enough to accommodate my family and my in laws. The bonus for us was the game room in the garage and the upstairs loft with sofa, tv, and game table, which was perfect for the teens to play video games. The neighborhood is peaceful and the next door neighbors were friendly. The host was very responsive whenever we needed anything. I would definitely want to stay here again.

This place was awesome. The photos I saw on-line was exactly what I saw when I showed up to the house. Very spacious, good size bed rooms and loved the open-ness. The back patio where the pool was the best part to end our day where my family sat around having a couple cocktails, talking for hours before calling it a night. I would highly recommend this place and Heather was a wonderful Host and was very responsive when I had any questions to ask. I would definitely go back again.

Great place, exactly as advertised. Lots of room and has everything you need for a home away from home. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and grocery stores. A short distance to the Disney Parks, but depending on the time of day it can take up to 25 minutes to get through traffic. Great experience all around!

Very attentive host. The accommodation described is very much the same as the photos. Everything is fine clean and organized. Close to majorities of attractions. The place is very safe and nice for walking. We would love to come back. And the Host is always very friendly.

Very clean, well maintained property with a pool. Has two parking spaces. Neighborhood is well maintained and saw security patrolling. Drive time to the gates of Disneyworld is about 20 minutes. Shopping is about 10 minutes away but there is a new gas station with a minimart 2 minutes outside the property gate. Property manager is very responsive and helpful.

Huge house, lots of room for our 8 people, could easily fit many more! House is exactly as pictured. Gated community with so much to do right there. Clubhouse amenities have a big, heated pool, basketball court, mini golf, playground, theatre, gym, sauna and arcade. The house also has a great games room. Very comfortable, stayed for two weeks and had no issues. Excellent communication from the host, very gracious host. Will definitely rent again if we travel there in the future!

The rooms are spacious - the house comfortably accommodated my party of 8 (adults and children). The community amenities are also great! My kids enjoyed the playground, waterpark, and movie nights.

This home is very beautiful! It felt brand new. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space, but also great communal areas to hang out together. The view from the top porch is spectacular. The neighborhood is very quiet. Easy walk to a perfect beach. Our kids loved taking the bikes out. We also loved having the pool on site. The host was very responsive. We had an absolutely fantastic week in this glorious home!

The day of check in was for 4pm, the host messaged and ask if check in was ok, but we didn’t arrive until 9pm. Once we got to her place, lights were on for us and everything. Pictures was described how it looks; in person the house is much bigger than you think. Beds were all comfortable, house was roomy, pool was super clean and huge, pool water was nice and warm. We stayed here 4/6/24 through 4/13/24. It was a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. In the evenings we did jigsaw puzzles. There were plenty to choose from. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. We really liked that there were 4 pools to choose from and they were clean as well. The location is great! It’s very close to amusement parks and a lot of other fun activities. While here we got to see 2 rocket launches! We will definitely stay here again!

We found the 10-15 minute drive in any direction provided everything we needed to see in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

The home was exactly as pictured, we had 9 people total and never once felt crammed. The house was also very clean, and well taken care of. We would definitely come back on our next Florida vacation!

Our family of nine people, five adults and four children spent 16 days at this amazing house. It’s located just across from the clubhouse and resort pool which we used almost every day. It was wonderful. We also used the house pool and we paid to have it heated and that was well worth it. It was close to all shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Disney parks. I would definitely rent this house again. Furniture was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for all of us.

Beautiful home and quiet location.

The house is amazing, truly the best home you can rent at this location. It's on a corner lot with an amazing view of the buoy, we enjoyed seeing alligators peeking their heads out of the water along with other natural wildlife experiences. Everyone really loved the household, super neat home and defiantly has a WOW factor.

Great house and location. Close enough to Disney , but yet far enough away so you’re not in the heart of the traffic. Did Walmart delivery and plenty to DoorDash from. We only used the kitchen during breakfast. House was clean and spacious. Heather provided instructions with remotes to TVs, and other amenities. Very responsive too. Will definitely be staying again!

This place was perfect for my friends and myself who hadn’t seen each other for over 30 years. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The playroom and the heated swimming pool are where we spent most of our time talking and relaxing. This is the right place for a big group.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, and had lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels. For sure we will stay again.

Came down for a golf trip with eight guys. The house met our needs and was centrally located where we played. The host did a great job setting things up and responding to those last-minute things that pop up.

It is a very nice and comfortable house for up to 9 guests. Near I4 and US 27. Near shopping and restaurants.

The host was extremely prompt and professional. We were in Orlando for a church convention, and this accommodated us and more. We will be in Orlando Florida again in 2025, and we most definitely will be renting more than one that she owns.

This place was amazing. There were 8 of us, and we all had privacy after long park days. My husband and I stayed in the steam punk room and can honestly both say we slept better in there than anywhere we have ever stayed. The pool area was excellent and was used every day we were there and felt very private. The kitchen did include a crock pot, which came in handy for park days. We hope to do another trip to see Universal and we hope to stay here again!

The Villa was just as advertised. My family and I were in the area to visit friends and family for the Xmas holidays and found this unit to be exactly what we needed for the week. It was spacious enough that everyone had their own space. There were plenty of activities and amenities both inside the home from the game room the children loved to the amenities around the property. We look forward to staying again.

We came to Florida to go to Disney and the house was perfect! We just needed a nice place to land at the end of the day. The location is very convenient if you are doing the parks. Everything you could need is within 10 miles. More bedrooms and Bathrooms than we needed but we were traveling with our children-14,18,20,23 and they all had their our space. I would stay here again and I am a picky person.

Great Airbnb! Looks just like pictures. Everything was very clean and as a germaphobe I was very happy. The house was very cute with cool decor. The game room was very cool and had several board games for us to use. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed! I was very satisfied and We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our annual Family giving vacation. The kids loved the pool and game room. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed 2 frigs, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers only addition I would recommend is additional stove. All 15 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Everywhere you turned was a hallway that led to more bedrooms. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The home in itself was a vacation for us. The kids could get lost in all of the bedrooms, game room, and outdoor living space. We spent half our time swimming and relaxing by the heated pool. Overall, we made a good selection and got what we were expecting and would stay again.

The floor plan is ideal for extended family, wanting to enjoy a different home. The kids bedrooms were amazing! They played on the slides and dreamed in the castle bed. There were just five of us adults and five kids that made the trip and we had so much space to ourselves. The pool heat was great. We swam every morning and went to the community pool in the afternoons. It was very hard to have to leave!

Everything was great, especially the pool and the pirate ship bedroom were big hits with the kids. Close to Disney, great location!

This was a perfect place to relax after a hard day's work with my co-workers. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Easy starting point to a work vacation or any vacation to Florida. The host was very accommodating the whole time and when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute she quickly accepted. We definitely would come back for another stay!

We stayed here during our trip to Disney for my daughter's 5th birthday. It was so nice having a pool there at the house for the kids to swim in, they were out there most mornings before we hit the parks. The host was great and always super-fast to respond. The resort pool and area are amazing however, the only downside is the gym at the resort doesn’t open till 9 so was unable to use that. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

The community complex with pool, lazy river, and splash park was like being at a resort, but it was just as attractive to stay in by the private pool or play in the great game room.
