38C - Magnolia by the Sea

We are proud to offer you our luxury beach cottage located just east of Seaside, Florida. Built in 2006 and fully furnished by Simple, a Seaside, FL interior design company. 

The villa is located just 100 yards to your private beach access and the  on site swimming pool. Relax on your huge private porch just of the owners suite or the one off of the great room!  This hideaway is nestled Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Bedrooms:
Two owners suites with one having a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Each bedroom has it's on private bath. Each suite also has a 19" T.V. with digital cable The third bedroom has a trundle bed and a 19"  T.V. There are also twin bunk beds in the hall with digital cable. It also has access to a full bath.

The following quality products are featured in the home: Nine foot smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, tile in all the bath's, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, bead board in the bathrooms.  Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.
