We are proud to offer you our new luxury beach cottage located just east of Seaside, Florida. Built in 2005. Located near the front of this community, you will be close to both the large community pool and the nearby beach access. Designed all on one level, this charming cottage will easily accommodate everyone. West Indies decor compliments the granite counters, hardwood floors and upscale features found at "Cottages by the Sea".

The villa is located just 100 yards to your private beach access and the  on site swimming pool. Relax on your huge private screened-in porch. This hideaway is nestled Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Bedrooms:
Two owners suites with one having a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Each bedroom has it's on private bath. Each suite also has a 19" T.V. with digital cable The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a 19" inch T.V. with digital cable. It also has access to a full bath.

The following quality products are featured in the home: Nine foot smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, tile in all the bath's, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, bead board in the bathrooms.  Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.
